401K Rollovers
In Progress. Rollover phone call: "I'm Brent and I've got my client on the call; client would like to make a direct rollover of their 401(k)". Recordkeeper Rep validates account owner. Asks if account owner has received the "Special Tax Notice". Confirms account values (pre-tax and Roth, etc.). Confirms mailing address or if the checks are sent directly to your new IRA custodian. The check will be made out to the Rollover IRA custodian. Completes information gathering and ends call. Call usually lasts 15 mins.
